What Sized List Should I Purchase?
You should purchase the list size that most closely matches your needs and budget. Our donor list sizes are 500, 1000, 3000, 10,000, and 105,000. Our charity list sizes are 200, 1700, and 1800.
Can I Download My Order More Than Once?
Yes. You can download your order as many times as needed for 7 days after purchase. You must be logged into your account to download.
When Should I Purchase My List?
We recommend purchasing your lists 1 to 2 weeks before you want to start your marketing activities.
Where Do Your Leads Come From?
Our lead lists are compiled from actual online donation transactions. Donor lead lists contain data from past online donations only.
How Do I Receive My Order?
Your leads list is available immediately after payment. Simply log into your account at our site and download your lists.
What Are The Differences In Your Lists?
The biggest difference is the type of lists. One type is of businesses, specifically charitable organizations. The other type of lists are of consumers or charitable donors. For each type there are several lists that can be purchased. Each list has completely unique data except for lists named ALL. If you purchase an ALL list do not purchase any other lists in that category as that would cause duplicate data.
Our lists are separated into smaller subsets so that you aren’t forced to make a large purchase at one time. You can purchase a few lists now and additional lists at a later date. Of course, if you need to purchase a large list now then you would purchase the ALL list for your desired category.
Can I Purchase Leads From One Category Only?
Yes. This is considered a custom request which is initiated through our quote request form.
Do You Have Business And Consumer Emails?
Yes. Consumer emails are included on donor email lists. Business emails are included on charity email lists.
What Is Your Policy If I'm Not Satisfied With My Purchase?
We know and understand that no database is perfect. However, we strive to make our clients happy. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee requires us to issue store credit for any portion of leads that exceed 10% undeliverables. You must notify us within 30 days of your purchase.
What Is The Format Of The Lists?
All lists are in CSV format.
