Erroneous Purchase

In the event that you make an error when purchasing your list we will do everything we can to help remedy the situation. An error when purchasing means purchasing one list when you meant to purchase another. For example, you purchase list B when you meant to purchase list C. If list B is not downloaded then we will exchange it for list C. You must notify us of this situation within 3 days of the erroneous purchase.

Excessive Undeliverables

We validate our list data regularly. However, we do know that no lead list is perfect. To be sure that our clients are satisfied with their purchase we offer 100% store credit for any portion of a list that exceeds 10% undeliverable data. If your lead list has more than 10% undeliverable data, notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue store credit for the undeliverables that are in excess of 10% of the total number of leads.
